No PC. No retyping. No Zapier.
Email in.
Paper out.
ItJustPrints turns the phone or tablet already on your counter into a print station. Orders, bookings, and forms print themselves the second they land in your inbox.

to print
Kitchen printer
Keep me plugged in and on this screen
Works with the AirPrint / IPP printer you already own. No new hardware.
Set it up over one coffee.
01
Get your print address
The app gives you a private @itjustprints address. Paste it into your platform settings or a forwarding rule - orders from DoorDash, Shopify, your booking tool, anything that emails you. We never touch your inbox.
02
Point it at your printer
The app finds any AirPrint or Wi-Fi (IPP) printer on your network in seconds. The one behind the counter works fine.
03
It just prints
Leave the app open like an order display and walk away. New email, instant paper - the screen can sleep on Android; on iPad it stays on, kiosk-style.
Built for counters,
not back offices.
Kitchen tickets
Friday rush, six delivery apps, one inbox. Every order hits the rail as a ticket - nobody reads a screen with wet hands.
Salon bookings
Tomorrow's confirmations print overnight. Open up, grab the stack, see your whole day - before your first client sits down.
Clinic intake
Patient submits the form online; it's on the front desk before they walk in. No portal logins between appointments.
Packing slips
Etsy pings, slip prints, order’s packed. Your "warehouse" is a spare room and it runs itself.
You've tried the workarounds.
Retyping every order into the register. Typos at 7pm are how you lose a regular.
Forwarding to that old ePrint address. It stopped working in 2023. You noticed in 2024.
A Zapier chain held together with hope. Five apps, three subscriptions, zero people who know how it works.
One app. One rule. It just prints.
The boring reliability stuff, handled.
Rules & filters
Print by sender, subject, or keyword. Newsletters never touch paper.
Receipt-ready formatting
Emails reflow onto 58mm and 80mm rolls. Big item names, no cut-off totals.
Offline queue
Wi-Fi blips? Jobs queue and print the moment you're back. Nothing lost.
Multiple printers
Tickets to the kitchen, slips to the stockroom - routed by rule.
Auto-retry & alerts
Paper out? It retries and pings your phone. You'll know before the customer does.
Built to be left alone
Android prints with the screen locked - just keep it plugged in. On iPad, the app stays on screen like a kiosk and prints every job.
One plan. It replaces a lot.
No back-office PC. No POS module. Nobody standing at the register retyping orders. One subscription does that whole job.
Or $999/year - two months free.
- 14-day free trial.
- Billed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Cancel anytime, right from your subscriptions.
Running more locations? Add a station for each one - every location is its own subscription, billed the same way through the App Store or Google Play.
Can an iPad or Android tablet automatically print incoming emails?
Not with the built-in Mail apps - Apple and Google both require you to open the message and tap through a print dialog. ItJustPrints gives you a private print address; anything emailed to it prints on your AirPrint or IPP printer with zero taps. No PC required, and no inbox access - the tablet talks to your printer directly over your Wi-Fi.
What replaced HP ePrint?
HP shut down ePrint, its print-by-email service, in 2023 - and Google Cloud Print closed back in 2020. ItJustPrints is the modern replacement: forward email to a private print address, and a phone or tablet on your network prints it automatically. Keep the app open like an order display - on Android the screen can even sleep.
Fair questions.
Does my printer work with it?+
If it prints over your Wi-Fi - AirPrint or IPP, which covers almost every printer sold in the last decade - yes. The app finds it in seconds, before you pay anything.
Does the phone have to stay unlocked?+
Keep the app open, like an order display - most counters dock it plugged in. On Android the screen can go to sleep and printing keeps running. On iPad the screen stays on (Apple suspends hidden apps), so turn off auto-lock or use Guided Access.
Can you read my email?+
We never see your inbox. You get a private print address - point your platforms or a forwarding rule at it, and only what arrives there is processed. Documents are deleted the moment they print.
What about attachments?+
PDFs and images print too - packing slips, intake forms, labels.
iPhone or Android?+
Both. Any phone or tablet from the last five years or so - including the old one in your junk drawer.
Your next order
could print itself.
On iPhone, iPad and Android. 14-day free trial, cancel anytime.
