These Terms of Service apply to the itjustprints.app website and the ItJustPrints mobile app. ItJustPrints turns a printer into an always-on print station: you forward emails to a private print address and they print automatically on a printer you control. By installing the app or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Use

By accessing this website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
• Use automated systems to access the website without permission

2. The Service and Subscriptions

The app requires an active subscription after the free trial. Subscriptions are billed per print station through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and renew automatically until cancelled in your store subscription settings. Refunds are handled by the app stores under their policies. Current pricing is shown in the app and on this site.

You are responsible for what you forward to your print address and for the printer the station prints to. Keep your print address private: anyone who has it can send documents to your printer. You can rotate the address in the app at any time. Do not use the service to print unlawful content or content you have no right to print.

Printing requires the app to be open on a device on the same network as the printer. Delivery of forwarded email depends on third-party email systems, and we do not guarantee that every message will be received or printed. Documents are processed and retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Kelm Software Technologies L.L.C-FZ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

4. Disclaimers

The website and the service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website or the service will be available at all times or free from errors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or the service, including missed, delayed, or misprinted documents.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in Dubai, UAE.
