Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ItJustPrints ("we", "us") handles information when you use the ItJustPrints mobile app and the itjustprints.app website. ItJustPrints turns a printer into an always-on print station: you forward emails to a private print address and they print automatically.

1. The app is accountless

You do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or a password to use the app. When the app first runs it registers your device with our service and receives a station identifier, a device secret, and a private print address. These are used only to route and print your documents.

2. Documents you print

When you forward an email or document to your private print address, our service receives it, the app downloads it, and it is sent to your printer. These documents can contain personal information (for example, a name or address on an order or receipt). We process them only to deliver the print job and to show you a history of what printed, and we keep them only as long as needed to provide the service. We never sell them or use them for advertising.

3. Local network and printers

To find printers, the app looks for AirPrint and IPP printers on the same Wi-Fi network (using Bonjour / mDNS) and prints to the one you choose. This local-network access is used only to reach your printer. It is not location data, and printer details stay on your device.

4. Rules and settings

Your printing rules (which sender goes to which printer, number of copies, paper size) and preferences are stored on your device. The list of sender addresses you choose to route is synced to our service so incoming email can be matched to the right printer.

5. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment details; the app stores are the payment processors.

6. The website

The itjustprints.app website collects standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type), basic analytics to understand how the site is used, and, if you join the early-access list, the email address you submit (used only to contact you about ItJustPrints).

7. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your information. We use third-party providers to host our service and to receive and deliver print jobs; they process data only to provide those functions. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

8. Your choices

Because the app is accountless, you can stop all processing by removing the app and its print address. To delete everything we hold, open the app and tap Settings, then Delete station and all data - the station, its print addresses, job history and any stored documents are removed from our servers immediately. You can also email us and we will action it for you.

9. Children

ItJustPrints is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
