Delete Your ItJustPrints Data

How to delete your ItJustPrints print station and everything stored with it, either from inside the app or by email.

ItJustPrints (published by KelmSoft) is accountless: there is no username or password, so there is no account to close. Everything we hold is tied to the print station registered by your device. You can delete that station, and all data stored with it, in two ways.

Option 1: delete it from inside the app (immediate)

    1. Open the ItJustPrints app on your phone or tablet.
    2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar.
    3. Scroll down and tap Delete station and all data.
    4. Confirm when asked.

The station, its print addresses, its job history and any stored documents are deleted from our servers straight away, and the app resets to first launch.

Option 2: ask us by email

Email support@itjustprints.app from any address, include your print address (the @itjustprints.app address shown on the Address screen), and ask us to delete the station. We action these within 30 days, usually the same week.

What gets deleted, and what we keep

Deleted when you delete the station: the station record and its device identifier, every print address belonging to it, your sender allowlist, your print job history (email subjects, sender addresses, timestamps and print outcomes), and any documents still staged for printing.

Deleted automatically, even if you do nothing: a document is deleted from our storage the moment your device confirms it printed. Print job history and any document that was never printed are deleted after 30 days. Raw incoming email held briefly during processing is deleted after 7 days at the latest.

What we keep after deletion: nothing that identifies you or your station. We may keep aggregate, non-identifying counts (for example, how many jobs the service printed in a month), and records we are legally required to keep, such as tax records of a purchase.

Your subscription is separate. ItJustPrints is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your data does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings on your device.
