    Forward Yahoo Mail to Your Print Address

    Still running the business on a Yahoo inbox? No judgment - it forwards mail just fine.

    Copy your print address first

    Open ItJustPrints on your tablet, go to Settings → Print addresses, and tap your address to copy it. It looks like print-abc123@in.itjustprints.app.

    Set up forwarding

    1. In Yahoo Mail on a computer, open Settings → More settings → Mailboxes.
    2. Select your mailbox, find Forwarding, and paste your print address.
    3. Confirm if Yahoo asks - then new mail forwards to your printer queue.

    Yahoo's own guide is here: Forward emails from Yahoo Mail. Note: Yahoo has moved automatic forwarding in and out of its paid plan over the years - if the option is greyed out, that is Yahoo's gate, not ours.

    Only print certain senders

    Yahoo forwards everything or nothing. To limit what prints, add your senders on the ItJustPrints Rules screen - anything not on the list is rejected before it stores or prints.

    Not printing?

    Send yourself a test email from the allowed sender with a PDF attached. If nothing prints, check that the app is open on the tablet and the printer has paper. Attachments print; plain email bodies are not printed in v1.
