Print Orders From Shopify, WooCommerce and Other Platforms

    2 min read

The easiest setup of all: skip email forwarding entirely. Almost every platform that takes orders can email a copy of each order to an address you choose. Make that address your print address, and orders print themselves.

    Table of Contents

    The one idea

Open ItJustPrints on your tablet, go to Settings → Print addresses, and copy your address - it looks like print-abc123@in.itjustprints.app. Then find the "order notifications" setting in your platform and paste it there. That's the whole trick.

Tip: create a separate address per platform (Settings → Print addresses → Add address) and label it "Shopify" or "Talabat". You'll always know what sent what, and you can kill one address without touching the others.

    Shopify

In Shopify admin, go to Settings → Notifications, find staff order notifications, and add your print address as a recipient. Every new order emails a copy straight to the printer.

    WooCommerce

In WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Emails, open New order, and add your print address to the Recipient(s) field (comma-separated with any existing address).

    Delivery platforms and booking tools

Talabat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, booking systems, POS back-offices - most have a partner or merchant portal with a notification email setting. Look for "order notifications", "email receipts", or "notification recipients" and add your print address. If the platform only sends to your main inbox, use an email forwarding rule instead.

    Only some emails printing?

If you added senders on the ItJustPrints Rules screen, only those senders print. Add the platform's sending address (it's in the From line of any of its emails) or clear the rules to print everything that arrives.
